Contact usHow does licensing work?
You buy a licence from your account on this site and receive a licence key. Enter the key once in the desktop app to activate it on that computer. Your dashboard shows every key, which devices are using it, and when it expires.
What is a device limit, and how do I move to a new computer?
Each plan allows a set number of active devices. To move to a new machine, deactivate the old device from your dashboard or inside the app to free the slot, then activate the new one. You can also reset every device on a licence once per 24 hours.
What happens when my plan expires?
Monthly and yearly licences stop validating after their expiry date and the app will not generate new invoices. Buy a new licence to continue. Lifetime licences never expire.
What happens to invoices I have already created if my licence lapses?
Nothing. Finished invoices are ordinary PDF files saved on your own computer. They are never locked, watermarked or deleted. Only creating new batches needs an active licence.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 7-day trial that includes every feature, including bulk generation, subject to a daily invoice cap. One per account. It needs a verified account but no payment details.
How does offline payment work, and how long does approval take?
Choose bank transfer or wallet at checkout, follow the instructions, and upload a screenshot of your payment. A person reviews it — usually within one to two business days — and you get an email when your licence is issued. It is not instant.
Do Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically?
No. Nothing is ever charged automatically. Before a licence expires we email a reminder; you renew by making a new purchase only if you want to.
